Training programs are primarily focused on the continuous up-gradation of knowledge and skills of our employees. We normally orient them to develop the synergy in their efforts. This helps in harnessing the true potential of an employee. It also helps all individuals to sustain a career growth. All training programs would primarily depend on the employees’ profile, qualifications and level of knowledge required for them.
The technical and manufacturing team is selected through a series of strategically designed test. A well structured training program covers the entire employee pool. The managers are exposed to different programs as per need assessed by divisional head. This activity is coordinated by cooperate trainings cell under the direct control of the HR department in accord with the Quality Control department.
Practical training is given during the job on the shop floor. In special cases whenever new machine is introduced, the concerned departmental persons are deputed for training by the manufacturer/ supplier at shop floor any print and electronic literature is provided along.
